MONO PVC films

• AFC Mono PVC films are available in thicknesses from 60 micron to 800 micron.
• Most pharma blister films used are in the 200 - 350 micron range
• Available in rolls slit to size on 76mm cores from 75mm to 1500m wide
• Standard colors are clear, white and amber Other colors on request .

PVC/PVdC moisture and oxygen barrier films

• Perlen PVC/PVdC barrier films are available in thicknesses ranging from 200 to 400 micron and with coating weights from 40gsm to 180gsm
• Most pharma barrier films are used in the 250 micron PVC thickness and with either 40, 60 or 90gsm coating weight

PVC/PVdC moisture and oxygen barrier films

• Perlen PVC/PE/ PVdC barrier films are available in thicknesses ranging from 200 to 400 micron and with coating weights from 40gsm to 180gsm
• Most pharma barrier films are used in the 250 micron PVC thickness and with either 40, 60 or 90gsm coating weight an with 25 micron PE interlayer for superior formability

Cold Form Foil total barrier films

• COLD FORM FOILS are OPA/ALU/PVC ( nylon/aluminum /PVC) triplex laminates used to provide almost total barrier for very moisture, light or oxygen sensitive pharmaceutical products
• They are cold formed and require special forming tooling.
