Core Sizes

Standard sizes in use: 57, 70, 76mm (spiral wound cardboard) Other materials (eg steel, pvc, aluminium) can be obtained. These materials and other sizes are subject to enquiry

Shipping Tolerances

Unless otherwise agreed, a 10% tolerance will apply.

This is to certify that all products manufactured by this company, and all materials used in that manufacture are suitable for the use agreed. This covers food and pharmaceutical applications.

Where direct contact with food and pharmaceuticals is intended, the relative portion of the packaging material is approved for the intended use by one or more of the recognised bodies. eg. the FDA.

A certificate specific to an individual client’s products with references and clearance of specific components are available on request.

We further certify that all materials used are virgin and not recycled.

Flexographic

We can print up to 9 colours on foil between 12 and 100µ, polyester film from 12µ, other films from 30µ, and almost any packaging laminate.

Reverse printing (“buried” or “sandwiched”) is a specialty we can print two colours on the bottom side of a web, in register with the top side.

Our print quality is outstanding and among the best available in flexible packaging.

Gravure

We can print up to three colours in gravure (more, subject to enquiry)
